Hook Sedge. This clump forming sedge has attractive foliage in tones of bronzy red. In summer little brown flowers appear and produce seeds that have a 'hook' on the tip hence the common name. Grow in sun or part shade in humus rich soil that does not completely dry out. Evergreen.
