Double Grafted Apple - Peasgood Nonsuch - Juicy fresh eating apple with large regular shape. Cooks to a sweet delicately flavoured puree, but also great baked or used in salads. Good, regular cropper. Mid season. Braeburn - Usually eaten as a light olive-green apple overlaid with striped muted red. This apple is crisp, sweet, and has very good flavour. Late Season.
