Description

aka Ajo Rojo. Has an intense flavour, the skins is quite burgundy in colour which catch the eye and are medium in size. White outer skin. A hardneck variety so it cracks open nicely once the bulb has cured fully. Stores well and grows well, suited to regions with mild winter climates. Best planted April to June.
