Fagus sylvatica 'Heterophylla' PB18

Fern Leaved Beech.  Large and graceful, this lovely deciduous tree has delicate, fine-textured for with long, narrow, cut and pointed leaves. This gives a fern-like effect. It also features grey bark and bronze autumn colour. Broadly spreading form. Grows to around 15-25m. Likes a bit of lime if growing in acid soil
